Any roof repair tips I may need?

I received a new roof with composite roofing tar and black granules that look like cat litter. my house is on an island and salt air. Ok the new roof was leaking in two places. Well I went up on the roof and found more problems so I replaced the roof flashing and add "caulk" I saw it needed. is a leak in the same places again. I had the contractor back. It still leaks, I learned this week. When I arrived down and saw the ceiling of my daughter's room (holiday house). I stood on the roof and located sources. it is far from leaks in the house. they are where the angles are combined. I knit, tar roof caulk, what am I forgetting? need advice before servicing. Sorry, but yoou need your roof done right. all the things you listed are temporary fixes to what is already supposed to be a temporary roof. if you want the best overall value, most out of your money, I'd suggest buying a permanent home. is like buying a set of plates Porcelain good vs. paper.
