Any roof repair tips I may need?
I received a new roof with composite roofing tar and black granules that look like cat litter. my house is on an island and salt air. Ok the new roof was leaking in two places. Well I went up on the roof and found more problems so I replaced the roof flashing and add "caulk" I saw it needed. is a leak in the same places again. I had the contractor back. It still leaks, I learned this week. When I arrived down and saw the ceiling of my daughter's room (holiday house). I stood on the roof and located sources. it is far from leaks in the house. they are where the angles are combined. I knit, tar roof caulk, what am I forgetting? need advice before servicing. Thank you
Sorry, but yoou need your roof done right. all the things you listed are temporary fixes to what is already supposed to be a temporary roof. if you want the best overall value, most out of your money, I'd suggest buying a permanent home. is like buying a set of plates Porcelain good vs. paper. Although the paper plates may be less expensive now, they will surely cost you more in a lifetime. those are the reasons selfish, but what about the use of resources and waste have helped? seems simple when you speak, but people buy temporary flat roofs petrochemicals every day and expect them to do something they never did …. last. it really is as simple as metaphor dishes. re-roofing is a dollar 12000000000 years an industry, an industry that does not even exist and one of the largest contrubutors solid waste in the us. get a real roof and you never have to worry about him yet, just sit back and enjoy! through the roof real i certianly do not mean metal. I mean that the roofs have been proven, those rich people buy … slate, clay, Thach, wood, lead, copper or brass. all the rich people are not always smart, but they do what the public tells them to do as the rest of us. That's how they stay rich. there is no one mortgage on the palm beach of the island but the credit is the cornerstone of our economy … hmmm if everyone was going to jump a bridge would you do that too? is the simplest of things we have forgotten.
