What is the correct distribution of service charges and repair / decs for a flat above a shop independently?

The site is 4 leasehold self contained residential apartments on a workshop used by a firm hand washing car, in west London in the UK. The lease states that service charges and periodic repair external walls roof etc, should not include the shop / commercial portion of the property, but does not specify the percentage. What percentage correct?

There is no "correct" the distribution, it is the lease states, and whoever drew up the lease is at fault, it's like any lawyer who has a sale to make a lease of this kind. In your position, I would check with all other tenants, see say that their copies, and also check with the lawyer who handled the sale of the property in which you have an interest. This is something he / she must have checked and sorted before sale.
