What my apartment complex to do right? Raleigh, North Carolina?
I live in an apartment complex and I had a roof leaky. He started coming through the wall and traces of water around my plugs and the cable outlet now. Apartment Maint. Workers spray paint spots water and said the roof would be fixed tomorrow, 1 / 8. No mold growing behind the wall is not replaced? Is this proper procedure?
