What wire is this? I need to attach it to my the back of my TV 15-20m away.?

Please tell me the name of this wire:
The wire comes from an antena on the roof any ideas wat it is called??

I also need to connect it to the back of my tv 15 meeters away.

but the wire is to short to reach my tv so how do u suggest i extend it?

The wire you are asking about (in the additional info section) is 300 Ohm Twin lead (the flat stuff).

The first thing you posted is a 300 Ohm to 75 Ohm Balun (aka matching transformer).

The round cable you posted is coaxial cable. The connector on the end of the coax looks like a “Type F” connector.

You can put the matching transformer anywhere in the system and run either the Twin Lead or the coax and get good results. Most modern systems convert to coax as soon as possable (usually at the antenna) and then run coax throughout.
