I own a condominium unit located on the top floor. The four units on the upper floor have all the leaks in the roof ….?
In discussions with the condominium Baard to solve the problem, members of the association and the Board have expressed opinions indicating that the board did not want to solve the problem the roof, and prefers that the roof unit owners review. The documents say the condo roof is the responsibility of all tenants. Clearly they do not want resolve this problem, but the repairs and solve this problem is an order of magnitude beyond what I can only stomach. I think they are doing their job, and these losses have already started to cause problems for residents here, perhaps even mold problems. Solving this problem is interest. Can anyone give me good advice based on experience or condo board itself?
owners have in the interior, exterior walls, roofs, are the property of the association. Just try something up there, planting or sitting in a lawn chair, you'll see.
