Electrical hazard?
I have to cut some branches from a tree that could cause problems with my roof. The tree is in the corner the house, the main power is on the mast in this area. The child is isolated, so there is a real danger if I accidentally contacts them? Not unless the insulation is cracked or damaged. You should use common sense to determine safety factors. I work around this type of situation. Never use an aluminum ladder, I wear rubber gloves when gardening and do not stand in an area in decline where I can lose balance. If you decide to make, use pruning shears with insulated handles. NEVER use a chain saw, electric around son! If at all uncomfortable about how to do, ask your power company for advice.
